In the year 2010, Shorty’s Boys elected an All-Ogle team which consists of athletes who played for Coach during the years 1933-1963. The committee consisted of Max Patterson (Chairman), Marvin Taylor, Dickie Goode, Gilbert Thrasher, Eddie Tiller, Bobby Murphy, Hugh Halbrooks, and Gil Crane. Max Patterson requested the presence of each one of Shorty’s Boys to attend the screening and selection process.

During those years (1933-1963), hundreds of athletes were taught both the skills of football and the skills of life by our beloved Coaches Ogle and Fuller. Each one made the All-Shorty’s Boys Hall of Fame.

It is a difficult task to identify the best because there were so many talented individuals qualified to receive the honor.
